Just Heavenly will process your order within 24 to 48 hours of receipt. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST, excluding holidays). If any problems arise while processing or shipping your order you will be contacted within two business days.
Our shipping charges are based on standard UPS mail rates, which are based on package weight, size and distance shipped. Just Heavenly offers UPS ground, 3 day select, 2nd day air and next day shipping.
Orders under $40 will have a $5 low order fee.
Please note, at this time we only offer UPS as a shipping option and we are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses. If you wish to use an alternate carrier, you may request a substitute by calling us at 1-805-791-7510. Alternate carriers are provided at your own risk; we take no responsibility for lost, mis-delivered or late packages.
Canceling an Order
You may cancel an order at any time prior to processing by calling 1-805-791-7510. Unfortunately, orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped. Please refer to our return policy if your order has already left our facilities.
Any refund or credit for exchange will be based on the value of the merchandise at the time of the purchase. Shipping fees are not subject to refund unless the merchandise is defective or the order was fulfilled incorrectly.
All returned merchandise is subject to a 15% restocking fee.
All claims for credit, shortages and/or damages must be placed within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. All returned merchandise must be received by Just Heavenly in sellable condition unless the merchandise is found to be defective. Any form of reimbursement is consistent with the original method of payment.
